Price match requests must be submitted before purchase. We do not provide price adjustments on orders that have already been placed or paid.
Price Match Requirements
1. Identical Product
The item must be the same brand, same model, and brand new in the original box.
2. Melbourne Retailers Only
The competing price must be from a legitimate Melbourne bathroom retailer.
Not eligible: auction sites, group buying sites, daily deals, clearance/run-out stock, wholesale distributors, or non-retail channels.
3. Publicly Advertised Current Price
The price must be published and currently available on a website, catalogue, or in-store advertisement.
4. Final Price Comparison
We compare the final total price, including:
- Product price
- Delivery/shipping fees (if applicable)
- Any additional mandatory charges
If the competitor’s price is pick-up only, a delivery fee may apply.
Services Not Included
If the competitor’s offer includes additional services that we do not provide (e.g., installation, express delivery), we may match the product price but are not required to match the service component.

We have a convenient showroom and warehouse location and offer our business service across Melbourne.
