We had a wonderful experience with Tommy. He was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive throughout the whole process. Tommy was very thorough with every detail and communicated with us clearly and patiently. What impressed us most was how much he genuinely thought from the customer’s perspective — he considered many things and details that we hadn’t even thought of ourselves.
