Warranty Policy

Statutory Warranty

Here at Melbourne Bathroom Shop, we are confident that the products we design, manufacture, and supply meet high quality standards. Bathware Supplies Pty Ltd (ABN 86 167 144 078) warrants all products set out in Schedule to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability for the purpose for which they are designed.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Melbourne Bathroom Shop Warranty

In addition to the statutory guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, Melbourne Bathroom Shop, as the supplier or manufacturer of the products in Schedule, offers an additional contractual warranty, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The Melbourne Bathroom Shop Additional Warranty does not extend to items selected outside this range, including the items set out in Schedule B. This warranty commences from the date of purchase of your product (or, for new buildings, on the date of handover) for the relevant period specified below. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Please read this Warranty Policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations when seeking to claim under a warranty or to receive a refund or replacement for products purchased via the Melbourne Bathroom Shop website.

By completing and submitting an order to purchase via our website, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by the Warranty Policy terms, which together with the associated Terms and Conditions form an agreement between Melbourne Bathroom Shop and you. Any variations to the Warranty Policy must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Melbourne Bathroom Shop.

This warranty applies under normal use of the Product and covers defects arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship. In such cases, Melbourne Bathroom Shop agrees to repair or replace the Product subject to the conditions outlined below.
