Sorry to hear that your installer don't know how to install this pop up waste. Some other customers also experienced the same issue but once we show how to install or with video then the problem is solved! We have sold thousands of such pop up waste and it is not installed the way as the old pop up waste. We can send you the demonstration video if you need. Thank you.

Bit difficult to communicate with and tee up a time for install but got there in the end. The installation person spoke no english which made it a bit scary because we didn't know what was going on when he was waiting and we couldn't describe what we wanted. End product was installed well and we are happy with the completed shower screen.
The item is great in terms of filling the gap. However, there was no mention of the length and when i got home I realised it wasnt long enough as my shower panel is 2100mm high. Looks a bit sill with a 100mm gap up the top. Only option is to go buy another one and cut 100mm off it to use.
Have purchased and installed many of these toilets. They are excellent design, great quality and easy to install
