Donald provided excellent service in sales, and Tommy was fantastic on delivery—fast, friendly, funny, and happy to carry everything inside and check it over. We bought vanities, basins, a bath, and shower screens, and everything is brilliant!

What impressed us most was how much he genuinely thought from the customer’s perspective — he considered many things and details that we hadn’t even thought of ourselves.

Cherie from the sales team was also fantastic. She provided warm and friendly service, recommended products that suited our needs, and was always very quick and efficient in helping us resolve any questions or issues.

Very happy with this pop-up waste. It feels solid and well made, and the pop-up mechanism works smoothly. Installation was straightforward and it fitted the basin perfectly. Good quality for the price and looks nice once installed. Would definitely recommend.
